6. Credit System

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Credits are consumed based on the specific operations performed using our Services:
  • Yellow Page Scraper: 1 credit per business record retrieved.
  • Google My Business Scraper: 1 credit per business record retrieved.
  • Google Web Search Scraper: 10 results per credit.
  • Website Scraper: 10 credits per website scraped.
  • Contact Page Scraper: 1 credit per 10 websites scraped.
Unused credits do not expire and can be used at your discretion across any of our Services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
  • Use the Services in any manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services.

10. Intellectual Property
